Is the 1-day Bonbon & Truffle course at Lavonne worth ₹5,500?
I’m looking into the 1-day weekend workshop at Lavonne Academy for bonbons and truffles. It’s priced at ₹5,500. For those who have attended their short courses:
Is it actually hands-on, or mostly a demo?
Do you get enough individual attention to justify the price?
Would you recommend it for a hobbyist, or is it better to just learn via YouTube/Instagram?
