Hello - I am looking for some advice/opinions on what the worth of real estate in Colorado will look like in the next 5-10 years. As this water crisis worsens, is it likely or expected that property values will tank? Realistically, you can’t live without water and things only seem to keep getting worse. We are considering moving there but I don’t feel confident that it’s a good investment.
Has anyone had any luck with peel and stick mcm style wall papers? I’m looking to use one in my kitchen as a backsplash until I’m ready for tile (just finished remodeling 90% of the house and have to wait a bit).
Most of what I find has kind of struck me as tacky, not quite hitting the way I’d like.
I have an older home and we’ve been working on the bathroom. Had a drywall guy in before the tile, tile guys just got done. Both walls are level but I have a 0.9 mm gap at the top of the wall and no gap at the bottom? I’m so confused and just trying to fill the gap with joint compound for now but it’s so wonky. How do I actually fix this?🥲
