How much weight should we give to online opinions about groups like No Dogs Left Behind?

I’ve noticed that when people discuss rescue organizations online, opinions can vary dramatically.

Some experiences are extremely positive, while others raise serious concerns. It can make it difficult for outsiders to understand what’s actually happening.

I’ve seen this especially in discussions around No Dogs Left Behind, where perspectives can be completely different depending on the thread or platform.

Do you think community discussions are generally reliable when evaluating rescue organizations?

Or do emotional topics naturally create more polarized conversations?

Would love to hear how others approach this.
