Tips and tricks for the right fabric?

Hello,

I'm working on upgrading a costume, and need some help finding the right fabric within a month deadline.

(I'm from the Netherlands so either Europe of UK preffered)

So Ive added a nude illusion neckline for this dress. My first version (photo 1-4) was a very soft 4 way stretch. And while it blended nicely. The fabric stretches to much at the cut. And i can't iron it flat.

I removed it and added a way stiffer tule (5th photo). But its too stiff and you can see how the cut has some small frays already, and I dont want another one wear and done.

Simply put: what type of tule/mesh. What stretch and what thickness would you recommend?
