I should have checked here first. I got a WhatsApp message with all the correct reservation info asking me to confirm my reservation and cc info. As soon as I did it I got an error 404 message and realized I was an idiot. I immediately reported it to my cc company and the hotel. After reading the other posts here about booking.com's lack of concern for this security problem I decided to contact my 3 upcoming reservations directly and let them know about booking.com's security issues telling them that I am no longer using booking.com and would like to pay the property directly. I can't believe I fell for it. Im such an idiot.
