How quickly we forget
Wasn't the promise for this year growth, growth, growth?
And Id remind people, do not take your eye off the ball. Public service cuts arent the only thing this government is doing right now.
Removing the treaty from legislation
Natural environments and planning bills
Removing disability ministry (which they've been actively integrating into MSD for the last 2 years)
New disability act
Health (who the heck knows anymore)
AI (now im a fan, but LOL!)
And anything else they choose to slip through, 6 months is a long time under urgency.
Oh, and anyone want a beer bet on whether or not our gdp growth is negative this quarter?
