Day one, strong side effects. Normal?
Hello, it’s currently 3am and I took my first dose (10 mg) around 6 because I had a feeling I was gonna see some side effects. For some context, I’m 9 months postpartum and have struggled with severe anxiety for as long as I remember being alive, with depression following up since about age ten. This is the first time I’ve tried medication for it (don’t know why I waited 15 years, tried to convince myself that my bad habits were helping) and so far I’m having extreme nausea, bad jaw tension, dilated pupils, feeling hot, and insomnia. I have pretty bad health anxiety and I guess I’m just looking for some reassurance that all of this is normal and it will pass. I know it needs time to work, I’m just in my head right now and can’t sleep to boot.
