I am considering switching from the gym to Hyrox training, but I am scared i will not get the results I want since Hyrox is not "Lifting heavy" and is more focused on HIT. What are your opinions on the matter?

Hello everyone.

So I just graduated university and I am an expat in europe.

My life is quite weird as I dont have a schedule right now, and I just have the whole day empty. I am pretty disciplined but i am not able to do the things i want to do:

- Lose weight. Im in no means overweight, but I would like to lose weight and maintain it and instead I just lose and gain weight every few weeks.

- Start an online community, I want to start posting on social media and sharing my life with people. I want to also get into UGC and make money online.

- I want to read books, my attention span is like a goldfish.

- I want to make art.

I am unable to get up in the morning as I dont have anywhere to go... I am currently living off of savings and I just can't find the motivation to actually get my life going... Its like im stuck and everyday I end up procrastinating living the life I want

Any advice?

Thank you xx
