Employee scaned my phone then started my groceries then had to scan my phone again. Then a second account was opened with all of my payments. Almost 1800$ taken in different charges on two separate payment methods. Walmart local won't help, police report made. Walmart online won't help. Called the exact number on the charges and they say they can only look at my account and not at the charges. I probably talked with 8 different Walmart associates and they can't give any information. Why have a phone number on the bank charges where noone can help you? Police said they don't have jurisdiction locally because the charges weren't locally. How do I find the right jurisdiction if Walmart won't tell me any info. No other charges but Walmart ones. After a few days and continued escalations they admit a second account was made then but will not help with anything else.
