i recently purchased my first pair of sennheiser headphones and i ended up with the hd 490 pro. it sounds pretty good straight out of the box plugged straight into the mobo, but i think i may have set my expectation way too high so something feels lacking in the sound. i wonder if itd sound better paired with something like the fiio k13 r2r? i was also wondering about which eqs other users recommend for sennheiser headphones?

main use is listening to music and a bit of side gaming for reference
