Need help - mice control

I am LOSING my mind. In December, we caught SIX mice. Great. Saw no evidence after that.

Well, three or so weeks later in January, I saw torn up paper. Knew we had ANOTHER mouse. Rarely found droppings. I live in MA and over the winter we had several storms making it impossible to go outside to see where we can plug holes.

Well, now it's May. There's spots they're coming in and we will block them BUT the mice we have now aren't falling for ANY traps. We had no less than 30 traps out of varying kinds. We have electric traps, a poison bait station in our garage (not huge on these because we have dogs), about 30 glue traps, about 10-15 snap traps, and we had a big five gallon bucket with water at the bottom and a can on top covered in peanut butter.

At first, I wasn't finding many droppings but out in our laundry room, we'd find the occasional one so I knew they were still there. Now, sometimes at night, I'm SEEING one in my kitchen. Can't catch it. Won't fall for ANY traps. We have carpeting and I just vacuumed and found about six pieces of poop in the vacuum from our dining room and living room area. I have dogs and kids. My house isn't dirty, I do clean nightly to eliminate food. I just am at a loss. It's gross. It's freaking me out. It won't fall for ANY traps and we have TONS. I really can't afford a professional right now so idk what to do...

Please help.
