Cannot see remote projects from iphone

Hey folks.

I have configured a Linux host to be able to receive the connection from my Mac mini’s codex app. It works beautifully and I can work on the project on the Linux box from my Mac.

I also connected codex through the ChatGPT app on my iphone to the macOS codex app and it’s “green.”

I can initialize chats from my phone and can see them pop up on my mac but I do not see the remote based project on my mobile device.

Has anyone tried this? Is it possible? Thanks in advance, this could be a game changer for me.

How were people spending so much?

I know it’s kind of a meme to post about this at this point, but I used almost all of my premium requests with a pro+ plan last month, doing relatively complex work, and my estimated usage based billing is $135 with the tool.

Were people asking opus 4.7 to count to 1e9999999?

Relic fun fact: certain bosses have a much higher chance to give you specific colors of relics.

From what i can see the bias depends on the size of the relic. smaller relics are more likely to be evenly distributed but grand relics (3 slot) are 60% biased towards the colors in the below table. Polished (2 slot) are 45%, and delicate are 35%

Is this generally known? im discovering a lot of stuff that ive never seen discussed and ive never noticed in 1000 hours of playtime. I am starting to think this information could be used to create an actual wiki as imo Fextra is not great.

!EDIT: Effect is tied to the expedition target (what you select at roundtable hold) so the effect does not carry into DoN.

Boss biased color
Gladius Red
Adel Green
Gnoster Blue
Maris Blue
Libra Yellow
Fulghor / Darkdrift Red
Caligo Green
Heolstor / Harmonia / Straghess no bias, 25% each

There are unique relic tables for each boss

!! EDIT !!

I want to stress to everyone that my intention with this post (my title was probably too catchy) was to express my disappointment that even though the discovery (that there exists plumbing in the game code to facilitate different relic loot tables for different bosses) was initially interesting, the result is not useful because the tables for the different bosses are basically identical, with minor differences in the probability probability of character specific effects that I have compiled at the end of the post.

ALTHOUGH, as some commentators have pointed out, if you are hunting for a specific character effect, technically with some of these you are 4-5x more likely to get them on certain bosses.

!! End EDIT !!

I have a couple recent comments on this but I have been working on reverse engineering several elements of the game for a couple weeks. Today I discovered that in the game code when you beat a nightlord’s expedition there are relic tables, unique to that boss, that the game pulls from.

The maddening thing though is that the tables are all basically identical. There’s extremely minor differences in like which class effects can appear that honestly, nobody would ever notice.

I find this super frustrating and an indication of “what could’ve been” with this game. Imagine you beat Gladius and you’re much more likely to get relics that boost your holy damage, fire damage negation, and things like that.

It hurts my brain that a developer went out of their way to code this system and they just left all the odds the same.

I wonder if and how it’s possible to see the games code? The reason I ask is because there’s a lot of things I’m generally curious about. People have reverse engineered much of the games quirks and I wonder if it’s possible to look at stuff.

This seems like a far-fetched question however I do recall seeing some videos on YouTube where people were explaining nuances based on stuff that had come over from Elden Ring. For instance, when nights cavalry has their horse being killed by elemental damage, the rider dies instantly as well, a YouTuber had explained that functionality by looking at the function. I wish I could find the video, but I can’t.

How do people get access to that kind of stuff? Thanks for any help.

I bought 12th generation servers years ago for research work and with some of the things I want to do now they are showing their age. I guess 14th gen is the sweet spot for price to performance in 2026? If so, I’d like to see what people have on here vs directly going to eBay.

Edit: mostly would be interested in a 240 or two, then a 2u for storage and a 2u for compute. Right now those are filled with a 520 and a 720.
