Good afternoon, I’m hoping anyone may provide some potential insight to my situation. My position recently was restructured to another part of the state and not going to do the drive if salary isn’t improved so that means in a month I can see severance. The problem is they extended it now to June so I’m on the hook to train the new hires until that date ends to see a penny of it. Now mind you there is a loophole for them that states if they offer me a job within the company I need to take it or severance is lost. I just want the severance. As I know right now there aren’t any but I was just now asked by my manager to see my resume to I guess look for something for me? I don’t know what to do I have almost 2 more months to go? Any help much appreciated
