Too much magnesium and CBD oil
Hi all.
Iv taken magnesium glycinate, citrate and malate with CBD oil before bed and been having these heart pounding sensations for the past 2 months.
Had ECG's, blood tests, stool tests and everythings came back normal.
The doctors want to prescribe me with anti anxiety medication but don't want to go down that road.
Was wondering if anybody could help me with this situation I'm in and hit me with some knowledge.
