This is the third time I'm writing this because the moderators of this subreddit don't seem to accept my messages at all but let's try again: For a few weeks my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+) has really heated up. It also slowed down a lot and stopped reacting properly. I've also checked my ram and nothing seems to be wrong with it. I'd be great if anyone could help me with that.

For around 2 weeks my phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 10+) has been slowing down and the touchscreen doesn't react properly. It's also heating up pretty quickly. Although my phone is some years old, it has always worked well and suddenly just started making problems. I've already checked the ram of which I have 12gb. I think that's quite a lot and nothing seems to be wrong with it. I really can't afford a new phone so it would be great if someone could help me with that.
