Are there any good TopCashback offers on currently, where I don’t have to spend too much money?

My ovulation pain is usually very intense and, if I don’t take painkillers, I’m left almost bed bound from it. I saw this online, was skeptical, but just tried it and the pain has almost completely gone, after 30 minutes! It also has slightly reduced the bloating I had with the pain too. Sharing to hopefully help someone in the same boat as me!
