Didn't get my 400$ checking bonus, conflicting customer support

Asked on the phone why I didn't get my bonus, and apparently transferring from bank isn't good enough, it needs to be direct deposit. The thing is, I'm sure the terms frequently change/update, and it's been more than 90 days so now I'm having trouble finding the bonus terms/conditions when *I* signed up?

For reference my transfers started like this:

"ONLINE TRANSFER FROM SOFI BANK" ...1100

"SOFI BANK TRANSFER" ...400

Before the 90 days were up, someone on the phone said the first transfer was valid, and I just needed 1100 more. But were they just wrong?

Do people actually cook 1. consistently 2. enough food to be healthy and possibly bulk 3. with a busy work schedule 4. on a tight budget. All at once??

If so, how? I find the biggest hurdle is the mental element - missing 1 ingredient from the grocery can throw things off, having to plan when to get the groceries, adjust what you cook to what's cheap, it just feels so impossible to do when you're thinking about living your life. I know alot of people go with pre-made meals but idk what it is, I must have bad nutrient retention but only feel filled from big hearty (mostly)non-processed meals, and I'm still more or less underweight these years.

EDIT: HOLY MOLY that is alot of comments. Thanks guys. With all this endless wisdom I will now get marginally barely better at meal prep lol
