I have served 3 months notice and it's been almost a month since my last working day. I have been applying for jobs since last 4 months, aggressively since last 2 months but I have got almost 0 reverts not even a screening call. I apply over LinkedIn, naukri and Wellfound.

I assumed I am not getting calls due to my notice period and once I am an immediate joiner I will start hearing back. But that has not been the case. I have been messaging at least 3 people from different companies daily for referral on LinkedIn for past 2 weeks but I have almost never got a reply.

Please tell me what's wrong with my resume and what else I should do to atleast get an interview.
