One missing word in SB19's WAKAS changed how I heard the song
Filipino in the diaspora here. WAKAS rekindled my appreciation for OPM, and one tiny change in the lyrics sent me down a rabbit hole:
Kung lahat may hanggan → Ang lahat may hanggan
Nawala yung kung. Possibility becomes certainty.
Ayun, I started looking at the song through the five stages of grief (health care provider yarn!), pero the emotions don't move neatly from one stage to another — they seem to come in waves.
Ayun, napunta sa iba-ibang rabbit hole. Discovered CapCut **(**dahil late bloomer si ate 😂) at nakagawa ng lyrical video analysis nang wala sa oras haha. First time making anything like this, so may technical casualties along the way. CapCut also started holding features for ransom halfway through.
I'll leave the link in the comments if allowed.
Curious lang: did anyone else notice the kung → ang shift, or interpret the grief arc differently?
