Does anyone work at Freeman hospital or Mercy near Joplin, MO? I won't say who my employer is, but the pay, PTO, retirement match are very subpar. There are no educational benefits for professionals. The work expectations are unreal and I don't feel like I can improve in my current role. I feel like since relocating to this area, there aren't a lot of job options for what I do. I was wondering how the two compare and if anyone has any recommendations for medical professionals.
