I interviewed for a supervisor role at Tesla, My panel interview went ok I believe. But im on week 3 and I haven't heard anything back. I recently asked for a follow-up a couple of weeks ago and the recruiter let me know that he was still waiting on feedback and also finishing the other scheduled interviews, since then I haven't heard a word. Is this silence a good sign or a bad one?
