I've got this panel setup that I ordered on sweat tent and it’s easy to use I just plug it in and that’s it but then I started reading more and now I feel like I’m doing it wrong. Apparently distance and timing actually matter a lot and I have no clue what’s considered enough vs overdoing it. Right now I just stand like a foot or two away for 10-15 mins and hope that’s fine, but I keep wondering if closer is better or if that’s how you mess up your skin over time. What should I actually be changing about my routine here?
