hi! i just knew about i can do exercises now if im already fully recovered, but im still scared to do any exercises and have no guidance for it..

What kind of workouts/exercises can i do? What’s the limit? I wanna strengthen my muscles and also Im trying to build some triceps too but im not sure what i can and cant do. please help, thank you🥹
