“My Honor Magic 7 Pro has been acting unstable lately. The phone randomly freezes for a few seconds, sometimes restarts by itself, and apps occasionally crash or suddenly go back/reload while I’m using them.

I already did a factory reset, but the issue still happens. Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing it?”
