Hi. I've just got this new phone around 2 weeks ago and I noticed there is a bit of a rattle coming from the camera area. I did a bit of research and apparently this is normal due to the camera system and how it operates. When I test the camera on 10x zoom the rattle does seem to get less.

Anyone else come across this?

Currently deciding between these phones. Prices has gone up, researched phone brands, and these two are the only all-rounder phones I can afford at the same price range. I want something with good gaming performance(Genshin), good cameras, and decent battery life.

My choice is the Honor 400 Pro(Global version) for the same price. But with how divisive people can be on chinese OS and their longevity, it make me reluctant. I've been also told that the Samsung A57 is the better phone between the two because of Samsung UI and longevity, is it true?

I've seen some comments claiming where magicos is equally as bad as hyperos. I own a miui 14 phone and I don't have major gripes about it coming from One UI 1(except the 10 second permission wait). I don't really care much about the software features, AI, and customization, but the UI is still something I will interact everyday. I fear the user experience will be bad or defective/buggy as other people are saying?

I love HONOR devices so much, which is why it genuinely makes me sad that the newer models no longer support Dolby Atmos. I’ve never really been a fan of Xiaomi phones, but losing Dolby Atmos is honestly enough to make me consider switching.
I know I’m not the only one. A lot of people are making the same decision, and I really hope HONOR realizes just how important Dolby Atmos is to some of its users. The problem is that many of these people aren’t active in online communities like Reddit, so their voices might not be as visible but that doesn’t mean they’re few in number.
I have the Bowers & Wilkins Px8 S2, and experiencing music and other content in Dolby Atmos on them is genuinely priceless. It’s one of those features you don’t fully appreciate until you’ve had it, and once you do, it’s really hard to give up.
I really hope HONOR listens to its users and considers bringing Dolby Atmos back to its newer devices.

when someone calls me and the screen is locked, the screen stays off. The screen doesn't fully show that someone is calling me. What's the solution?

Hey, so since January i got myself Honor 400 pro, and I'm really happy with it. Just generally want to know how people feel about this device, and plus I'm wandering when this device will receive Magic OS 11? I like it, it looks pretty :3

Hi I recently wanted to get a backup phone while working in China, and Honor has sales on right now.
Magic 8 air looks very impressive to me, given it has smaller size with larger battery than iPhone Air (my current phone). Prizing at 4390 rmb for the 12gb+512gb version, which is quite tempting to me.
Question is will it realistically be better than iPhone air other than its battery life? I do have a second phone but it’s hella slow.

The sole reason I was considering the phone was for a full-screen experience without a frontal camera embedded on the screen and I thought the gimbal camera was there for that and guess what?

Someone had a brilliant idea to keep it anyways and now I have zero interest in it. To be fair it's my fault I didn't pay attention to the initial renders and what not but came back today to see the final official page and I'm just sad.

I guess the OnePlus 7T Pro was the last one of its kind RIP

On the fence about ordering the honor magic v6, curious if it's worth waiting for the v7 or pulling the trigger now.

I can get one brand new for about $1600 right now 512gb/16gb

Hello gang, I have finally received my Magic V6 yesterday and was wondering how to ask questions on AI Memories.

I'm from the OnePlus world, where I was able to ask questions from local files or content extracted from screenshots inside mind space (similar to how we capture AI Memories).

But with AI Memories, I can only find the names of the files, but haven't found a way how ask questions like "When is my next installment" where my expectations is to get the date pulled from the PDF.

I am getting an offer around 1000 dollars for V5 against 1600 dollars for V6, do you consider that the new V6 is worth spending more? I checked some previous chats and I did not find any big improvements. Please kindly let me know your opinions thank you
