Can I convert my honor 400 lite to maybe an X70i which is the equivalent to the 400 lite for China to get china rom, or a 600 lite since they aren't actually very different?

I tried dra v6 with my 4s to iOS 5 but it broke the baseband, so I tried updating it to iOS 9.3.6, dumping baseband and using --disable-bbupdate while restoring to iOS 5 but it didn't work

I bought a htc p3600 at the flea market and I noticed some problems:

\-Opening the WiFi settings and setting up a network causes the device to freeze at the last steps before connecting, so I press the call end button. When I try going into wifi again, it just won't do anything.

\-Putting device in standby causes it to not power on after some time in standby, but the device's still on, since it shows the blinking green led as usual.

I already tried resetting it several times (even with soft button+ reboot stylus button).

Would appreciate help. I was thinking maybe flashing wm 6 would solve problems?
