Hello friends, how can I hide the note at the bottom of the screen?

I'm torn between these two phones. Any advice? The price for the 512GB/12GB version is $400 for both phones. What I care about most in a phone is the battery and a good quality screen for watching movies and, to a lesser extent, playing games.
