The seller told me it's normal
Since it's the point of contact for cooling, it shouldn't be, should I return it?
Update: It's running fine so far, recorded the necessary picture and video if I ever need warranty in the future.
Since there's a 3yr warranty I'll take my chances on this
(my 5900x broke down after 4yrs - no idea why)
