Need help fixing this pc error

So whenever i open my pc it doesnt recognises my nvme ssd (boot drive) and goes into bios but when it gets into bios i turn my pc of immediately and than turn it on immediately and it opens normally and pc recognises the nvme drive

What could possibly be the issue? Ive done cmos reset and new cmos ive tried it installing into other slots on the motherboard, what could be the fix for this?
