9800X3D idling around 50–55°C after trying basically everything — CPU problem or something else?

Hey everyone, I’m trying to figure out if my 9800X3D could be the problem because I’ve pretty much eliminated everything else.
My first PC build was basically the exact same setup I have now, except it had Lian Li SL Wireless fans instead of TL Wireless fans. With that original build, I was getting around 34°C idle in Windows.
I ended up selling that PC and later built a Lian Li Mini V2 system with a new 9800X3D. Ever since then, I’ve been getting around 50–55°C idle, sometimes higher.
I originally had a Lian Li HydroShift C AIO and an X870 motherboard. I suspected one of those was causing the higher temps, so I changed both.
I switched back to the same build/setup I had originally, using the new 9800X3D, and I’m STILL getting around 50–55°C idle.
So at this point:
CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D
Same general build that previously gave me ~34°C idle
Tried a different motherboard
Tried a different AIO
Remounted the block
Reapplied thermal paste
Tried different thermal paste
Checked pump RPM / ran pump at full speed
Tried different AIO/fan header configurations
BIOS idle is around 47–48°C
Windows idle is usually 50–55°C
PC is completely stable otherwise
The biggest thing making me suspicious of the CPU is that the motherboard and AIO have both been changed, but the high idle temperature stayed the same.
The original version of this build was around 34°C Windows idle, so I know this setup can run much cooler.
Could the 9800X3D itself be the issue, or is there something else I’m overlooking?
At this point I’m thinking about taking the whole PC to Micro Center and having them test the CPU on a known-good system.
Any ideas on what else I should check?

Is this a good price?

Hey everyone, I’m looking at buying a brand-new gaming PC from a local computer store and wanted to get some opinions on whether the price is reasonable.
The PC is $2,799 CAD and the listed specs are:
Ryzen 7 7800X3D
PNY RTX 5070 12GB RGB
MSI B850 WiFi motherboard
XPG Lancer 32GB DDR5-6000 RGB
Lexar NQ780 1TB NVMe SSD
Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360 Core II White
Segotep BN750 750W 80+ Gold PSU
Windows 11
White case/RGB
Brand new, no used parts
1-year warranty included (2-year warranty is an additional $250)
I mainly want to use it for gaming and engineering softwares bc im still in uni (engineering major).

Is this a good pc?

So my parents will buy me a pc bc they just got divorced so I can game in both houses. I currently have a full laptop setup at my mom and will get a pc at my dad’s. They’ll prob give me smh like 1200-1500€ for the pc (so I’m a little over budget actually). I did some research and thought this would be a good pc.
Is there something I should change?
Region Netherlands btw

What does this mean?

My mum had this come up on her desktop with Windows 10 installed on an SSD. What does this mean exactly? Never seen this before, the C drive (SATA SSD is about 6 months old maximum).

First gaming pc?

Hi so I never had a gaming pc (honestly been forever since I even had a regular desktop oc) but saw this on Facebook marketplace for $300 and wasn’t sure if this was worth buying? Never really been tech savvy so not totally sure spec wise but I thought the storage seems kinda low. Would love any advice!

Laptop or PC

I have two Old laptops that I now own which I want an opinion on:-

Laptop1:-

-Hp 15-da3002nx

- Intel® Core™ i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz

-RAM: 16GB DDR4

-Graphics Processor: Intel® UHD Graphics

HDD:-1TB

Laptop2:-

-Dell inspiron-17-5749

-Intel® Core™ i7-5500U CPU @ 2.40Ghz

-Ram: 8GB DDR3

-Graphics Processor: Intel® HD Graphics 5500

-Graphics Processor(discrete): NVIDIA GeForce 840M (2GB DDR3)

HDD:- 512GB

Either I sell the Dell one to get a better one or wait for a PC (desktop) or try and upgrade em? I want to use one for work/office stuff while the other I want to use it for either editing or other kind of GPU intensive work so what shall I do?

Will this cause an issue?

I got this memory not too long before the ram crisis and I haven't had any issues yet, but I thought I'd check to be safe. They're from two different kits, same speed, brand, ones an 8x2 and ones an 16x2, both 3600Mhz. I've got one lot in slots 1/3 and the other in slots 2/4.

I am trying to run a server/microsoft datacenter build for my business since I need the extra tools provided, should I prioritize 256gb of ddr5 or getting a 48gb VRAM GPU? they are around the same price for me

Pretty much the title, I don't do TOO much AI, but I'd rather have my own local AI for my workers than them using private companies.

But mainly this machine is going to be hosting several virtual machines with a 9950X3D, and my current 64gb of ram is not doing it. Not to mention my 11 monitors I use while coding use so much memory since I have them on at all times with different coding documentation websites at all times and statistics sheets and databases, but all of that uses like 14gb of ram by itself on desktop windows manager.

and I have several workers and I'm hosting 10 websites and several other applications.

Is this pc worth buying?

I am looking to purchase a pc for ~£650. I have found a pc with the following specs for around £575

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
MOBO: ASUS PRIME A520M-R
RAM: Starsway 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
Graphic card: GeForce RTX™ 4060 8GB
Storage: Kingston 500GB NVME SSD
Cooling: AMD Fan Cooler
PSU: SOEYI 500W
Network: Ethernet only (upgrade to WiFi for £5)
OS: Windows 11 Home installed

I don’t know much about the current landscape so any advice would be appreciated. I asked AI and it said the PSU may be a concern?
