I work at a gym company and we're trying to genuinely improve the experience for women, especially beginners. More just trying to understand the actual experience.
What are the biggest things that make you feel:
- comfortable,
- uncomfortable,
- confident,
- or anxious in gyms?
Could be layout, staff, classes, gym culture, equipment setup, other members, onboarding, anything.
and is there maybe a specific experience or moment in your journey that triggered that switch for you?
