My GPU stopped working after spray painting its shroud.

I made sure to remove the plastic shroud completely to ita fan and board. I spray painted it on a different room. I let it sit overnight till it's completely dry. And now, I tried powering it on. My pc turned on and its fan, but my gpu's fan isn't spinning. My monitor cannot detect any display as well. Pls Help me. Idk what to do now. I cleaned the gold contacts as well and made sure that the boars doesn't have any paint on it.

My GPU is RX 570. Painting is also bad. PLS help me

Live Preview not working with HTML plus CSS properly.

My "Live Preview" doesn't work well with HTML plus CSS.
It doesn't immediately recognize changes on CSS but it works well with just HTML.
I don't understand the problem and it's completely bugging me. It requires me to save the CSS file every time and retype the same part of the CSS that I changed in order for it to show the changes.
I checked my Live preview setting and the right setting is already set. Please help. I am kind of a newbie here
