What do you think

This was not fun to wake up to at 2am. Noticed it was on the first time while half awake knowing I turned it off before i slept, turned it off again, went back to sleep and woke up again as the TV began to play this haunted af noise. Scared me so bad at first. I had to unplug it for it to stop doing it. Anyone else know whats going on?
