Intermittent use of 5-10mg valium across a year and a bit but with week long breaks inbetween, currently 11 days CT.
Just wondering how long I should expect issues, my current problem is just straight up insomnia, some muscle tension and sky high anxiety. This wasn't prescribed, I know I'm an idiot I used it to help with my insomnia and didn't track, I've run out but could get more, but my last proper dose was 11 days ago and I took about 2mg at 2am this morning. Should I continue with the cold turkey, my GP tried to give me martazipine but also said I'm fine to just stop as it's been 11 days already, I don't want martazipine and I called a clinic and they said I should come in to detox. Any advice?
