Finishing my lumoise dex and the remaining pokemon on it I need to trade and evolve. If anyone can help I’d really appreciate it

As the title says! I need to evolve my seadra and swirlix by trading. If someone is able to just trade me and then trade back so I have my evolved pokemon i will be truly grateful!!
