I’m looking for a durable, cost-effective setup for microgreens (not sprouts) that’s available in Germany.

Specifically, I’m looking for sources for:

Sturdy 10x10 cm trays: I’m looking for robust, food-safe trays (approx. 25x25 cm) that don’t bend. Ideally in a set (perforated & non-perforated) for bottom watering.

Silicone mesh mats: I want to permanently avoid disposable substrates (soil/hemp) and instead use customizable, food-safe silicone mats (dehydrator mat style). I read about this in an English post.

High-quality seeds in bulk: Looking for shops that sell 500g/1kg packs (broccoli, radishes, etc.) with a high germination rate.

Do you know of any shops that carry all of this, or where I can get the components (especially the sturdy trays) in Germany?

Was really not happy with the offers I could find, there was a lot for sprouts but not much for microgreens

Ich suche ein langlebiges, ökonomisches Setup für Microgreens (nicht Sprossen), das in Deutschland lieferbar ist.

Konkret suche ich Quellen für:

1. Stabile 1010er Trays (: Ich suche die robusten, lebensmittelechten Schalen (ca. 25x25 cm), die sich nicht durchbiegen. Idealerweise im Set (gelocht & ungelocht) für Bodenbewässerung.
2. Silikon-Mesh-Matten: Ich möchte dauerhaft auf Einweg-Substrate (Erde/Hanf) verzichten und stattdessen auf zuschneidbare, lebensmittelechte Silikonmatten (Dörrmatten-Stil) setzen. Das habe ich in einem englischen Post gelesen.
3. Qualitäts-Saatgut in Großgebinden: Suche Shops für 500g/1kg Packs (Brokkoli, Radieschen etc.) mit hoher Keimrate.

Kennt ihr Shops, die das alles führen oder wo ich die Komponenten (vor allem die stabilen Trays) in DE bekomme?
