Black SUVs around the Richmond Neighborhoods
Anyone know what's up with the more than usual black SUVs (Yukons, Escalades, Suburbans, ...) in the Richmond neighborhoods (specifically Inner and Central Richmond). Not just driving around but parked on the streets too. More often than not, they're also waiting outside de Young Museum and California Academy of Sciences, what's the deal?
