Hi - not sure if there are any ISPs on here, but thought I would give it a go. We are an ISP based in the south east and have been happy despite the many challenges their org has faced.

We have a few thousand units on the Plume MDU product (Uprise), but it seems like the support has become dead and their rockstar MDU product leader we grew with now has an email that bounces. We read this as they are no longer investing in the product which is a problem for our 5+ year bulk contracts.

Have any of you made the switch from Plume to Calix MDU? How painful was it? How is the product overall compared to Uprise?
