Aparna Refund of booking amount not received
We visited one of the Aparna projects and we paid the initial booking amount of 1,00,000 to Aparna even before deciding on the flat as the sales person told that they will refund this if we cancel and if this is not locked we might have to go to higher floors. But it’s been almost 4 months since we paid that amount but we did not received it. When we called, they are telling that their policy is to take 10% of flat cost as cancellation charge but they will follow a process of transfer and give this amount once someone else books this flat. This is not expected from a builder like Aparna. Contrary to this one of our closed ones booked a flat in Myhome and even paid the 10% booking amount but they got entire money back with 1 week of cancellation.
So folks beware before believing in sales team and paying the initial amount with Aparna. Pay only if you are sure on booking the flat.
