Top tear domains. (NOT FOR SELL)

Hi,

I own several premium Morocco-focused domain names.

I’m looking for developers, startups, or investors interested in building real projects on them (apps, platforms, SaaS, marketplaces, etc.).

⚠️ The domains are not for sale (regulated under ANRT Morocco). I’m only open to partnerships or co-building projects.

If you’re building something for the Moroccan market and want to collaborate, feel free to reach out.

Example :
codes.ma

founder.ma

graphic.ma

investor.ma

invoice.ma

lecole.ma

private.ma

Looking for a partner to help grow and market software projects (50/50 profit share)

Hi everyone,

I’m a software engineer and I’ve built a lot of solid platforms and tools over time. The problem is I’m focused on building, and once something works I tend to move on, so most of my projects barely get any marketing or visibility, even if they are actually good.

Now I want to change that.

I’m looking for a partner who can help with marketing, content creation, and sharing projects online (Reddit, YouTube, social media, etc.). Someone motivated who has time and wants to build something on the side, not a professional agency, just a collaborator.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone active online, who already has some audience/followers or at least knows how to get people to engage and grow content.

I handle the development and building. You help with getting things out there and growing them.

At the moment, I already have two finished products ready to work on, and you can check them first to see if they’re interesting for you:

  • One is related to laws and AI in Morocco
  • The other is a car rental management platform

We would focus on taking these (or new ideas) and turning them into real products with users and growth.

I’m open to a 50/50 profit share on anything we build together.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to message me.

Llama Gateway : local control plane for llama.cpp

I built Llama Gateway as a local-first gateway on top of llama.cpp that gives you a single place to manage, run, and observe your local models.

It started as a side project while testing Qwen 3.6 27B, and grew into something more structured.

What it does:

  • manage models (.gguf import, activate, delete)
  • configure and launch llama-server quickly (or connect to an existing one)
  • track full request history, tokens, and latency over time
  • unified OpenAI-compatible endpoint (/v1)
  • local SQLite-based analytics + logs
  • quick-start page so you don’t even need the full dashboard

Everything runs locally behind a transparent proxy, so you get visibility into how you actually use your models.

Repo + screenshots:

Contributions are very welcome.

because I'm trying to switch from cloud to local

Last week I bought an RTX 3090 and started experimenting with the Qwen models. Honestly, I’m impressed, they’re fast, feel great locally, and having unlimited usage without worrying about token limits is refreshing.

I’ve been a Cursor user for more than a year, but after hitting limits there, I switched to Copilot… and now Copilot has limits too. That’s when I started thinking: maybe local AI is the better path. Not only can I experiment and build whatever I want, but I can also use the GPU for gaming when I’m done. So here we are.

One thing I really wanted during the past week was a way to track how much I actually use my local models. Since I’m new to llama.cpp, I couldn’t find a proper way to monitor token usage, input/output tokens per model, daily stats, weekly stats, etc. Sure, llama.cpp returns some stats after each request, but there’s no good way to aggregate or track them over time.

So I thought: why not build a proxy for llama.cpp that meters everything I need?

This also became a test for local LLMs themselves. I wasn’t 100% sure I could fully switch to local AI, and this project is fairly large lots of backend logic, frontend work, styling, and overall architecture. If a local model could help me build something like this reliably, then that would be really promising.

So… I started yesterday, and today it’s already working.

After testing it with the Continue extension in VS Code and PI, I can say it actually works great. The proxy is OpenAI API-compatible, so it can work with basically any tool.

More than that, I can now just double-click a .bat file and it automatically launches the dashboard, llama.cpp with my favorite model and settings.

I’m not trying to promote it, but if enough people are interested, I can publish it on GitHub so everyone can improve it together.

My first video on Youtube, do I stop or is the content has value

I just posted the first video in my new series about Moroccan cities and the hidden historical stories behind them, told in a storytelling style.

I can’t post the video link directly here because the post might get removed, but if you’re interested, just ask in the comments and I’ll send it to you

What is your setup for local AI coding assistants?

Curious what everyone here is using for local coding with LLMs these days.

I’ve got an RTX 3090 and recently tried running Qwen 3.6 27B (4-bit) and the 35B MoE model with Continue, but I’m not getting great results.

The main issue is tool calling, it often stops mid-response, doesn’t reliably apply file changes, or just freezes before completing the task.

Wondering if this is a setup issue on my side, or if others are seeing similar behavior with these models/tools. What’s working well for you in terms of stable local coding workflows?

Hi everyone, I recently bought a used 3090. Besides running Qwen 3.6 or Gemma, are there any other good uses for it? Also, are there any better models out there?

I’m a developer and need a coding assistant, but I don’t think this will replace my Copilot Sub (at least not for now). After June, it will definitely be cancelled.
