How much would losing weight lower my cholesterol?
33 year-old female, 58 155 pounds, on Lipitor with an extremely controlled diet. Not very active as I have tacky Brady syndrome and a pacemaker (I was very active in the past and still had very high cholesterol, I have had high cholesterol since I was a young child. My pediatrician wanted to put me on a statin, but my parents are anti-medication. My primary care doctor wanted to put me on Repatha but it was not covered. My cardiologist said a year and a half ago he was going to test me for familial hyperlipidemia, I never got the test results back and emailed him about it today, but he ignored the question about the genetic test. I’m really worried about getting the values down because of my pre-existing heart condition and having multiple Type 2 NSTEMII from demand ischemia from my severe tachycardia episodes.
LDL direct 255
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 8.3
HDL 39
Cholesterol 323
Triglycerides 170
This is the heaviest I’ve ever been, I used to be a very thin person back then I still had very high cholesterol, but it wasn’t nearly this urgent. To see a big change in the numbers what I have to lose 20 pounds? 40lbs. I’m thinking of going on a GLP-1 becomes I think these numbers really need to come down fast and even my very restricted diet has not significantly lowered it. How much weight have you lost to lower the numbers?
Anion gap and co2- should I worry about how much variation there is in these values. 33 yr old female tacky Brady syndrome form dysautonomia. Ventricular pacemaker. Second photo in comments
Rhythm strip
Rhythm strip from the ER. In the records, someone called this polymorphic V-tach and someone else called this multiform ectopic beats, what do you think it is? I have tacky Brady syndrome, it’s usually sinus or junctional rhythms. I only have the rhythm strip not a 12 lead for some reason.
Kardia ekg
Kardia EKG results, I have a pacemaker that 50 so I’m sitting at my pacer. I have tacky Brady syndrome caused by dysautonomia. My heart rate goes between 210 and 30, no longer 30 because of the pacer. I feel tired like I usually do when I’m sitting on the pacer maybe my speech is a little slurred and I’m thinking a little slowly my blood pressure also runs low and my heart rate is low but I can’t find the cuff. Also crazily my phone is broken so my loop recorder is not working right now. It hasn’t been for three days, my husband and I are trying to decide if I should go into the hospital, the EKG looks different than it usually does when it’s sitting on the pacer. 33-year-old female tacky Brady syndrome, 150 pounds single lead micra ventricular pacemaker set it 50.

RH 261
Do you think this heart rate was real, an artifact or just sustained for a very short period of time? It’s gotten into 210 in the hospital before these recordings are taken from my loop recorder. I’ve never seen them that high on a pulse ox photo bellow
