Need a person (who can possibly be part of a group of 4) that NEED housing to replace my lease. $650/month per person, ALL singles, BEAUTIFUL house.
Me and a group of 3 (4 total) have signed a lease to this house, however do not plan on living here anymore because a member of our group dropped out. We are currently paying the rent monthly but are not living at the house, and need people to desperately take over our lease. There is plentiful parking, and is right next to a RU bus stop for you to get to needed campuses. If anybody can let me know before August that would be great! Please ask any questions if necessary.
