Weight loss
Hi all,
I started committing to loose weight again for the 100th time again. I’m really pushing my self to stay motivated and loose at least 79 pounds by September. I started on April 7 2026 at 375 pounds and I am currently at 348. I’ve been stuck at 348 for the last 2 weeks. Either going up to 353 back down to 348.
For context I am 5’7 female. Im sticking to high protein low carb and have been weighing my food/fasting for about 14hrs a day. Eating about 1600-1800 calories.
I go to the gym 3-4 times a week I take 2 class boxing and kickboxing - I also swim and do arm days/leg days and the elliptical after or before every workout for 3-4miles. Also do about 10k steps a day
What can I do to see the scale move some more? I want to loose 2-3 pounds a week.
