Any advice on how to get through these doors? One on either end of this area.

Can anyone give advice on how to ascend the area above this section? Once you climb up there's a repeated drop of goo between two saws. How do you maneuver this and get above the saws?

How do I get this item from behind the glass? I believe the Letter from Tomo was on the counter.
