I would appreciate any help

I would appreciate any help I can get. This is a rescue plant and now that she’s back healthy I think she may be tooo healthy, if that’s a thing? There’s no way to stake her as is without blocking new leaf growth. Do I dismantle her? If so, how? Thank you for any advice you can give.

Bloated Gas Pain in Butthole

What the heck y’all?!? I was prepared for SOME gas but not this! I move around a lot during the day but every time I have to pas gas my butt hold cramps up so much that I have to tip toe and hold on to something. Is this normal? Should I get my colon checked for cancer. It hurts when I’m about to fart or poop so bad. I can’t even play it off. I’m worried.
