I submitted a ticket for a game around 3 weeks ago. I only realized now that I was supposed to get an email immediately after submission that I would’ve had to reply to in order for them to look at the ticket, but I never did. Is there anything I can do now?

In the future I aspire to be a pilot and I am looking for anywhere I can do volunteering that has some connection to aviation in order to get some sort of experience for the future, yet I can't find anything nearby and was wondering if anyone knew of any opportunities that may be useful?
