What was the explanation for how Regret found Delta Halo prior to the H2A Terminals?
Recently played through Halo 2 again, and I guess I never noticed how out of nowhere the arrival at Installation 05 was in the story. Was there a good explanation before the H2A terminals, or was it just a contrivance in the story?
