I have had a colony of Latius Niger for nearly a year and they have never grown quickly. It takes around a month for a new worker to join the colony. Recently a lot of ants were going missing, over halving the amount of ants. They were seen trying to dig their way out of the test tube. I assumed they wanted an outworld (I feed them plenty and have given them the opportunity to change test tubes several times) but now that I have the outworld there are too few ants to consider using it. I don't know what to do now as the number of ants is really low but there are many pupa but they always take forever to eclose and I am worried that my colony might die. What should I do ?
