I feel like there should be a TV show for unfair dismissals and adverse action

There's enough trouble going on in the realm of unfair HR processes and employment law that it warrants greater public coverage. Naming and shaming is the best form of coverage, as settlements revolve around buying the worker's silence to protect legal and reputational risk.
I'm going through the legal route now, and I can see how expensive, time consuming and frustrating it can become. If you go to conciliation for settlement, they're going to try and gag you and take away your freedom to truly express how you feel about that a nasty organisation. You will forever have a contract with an organisation you most likely despise. If you go to the media, you preserve your freedoms. You may not get reinstated or a neutral reference, but you are a free bird and may get paid a modest sum by the media company, depending on the merit of your case, the size of the firm, your social capital etc.

How long did it take to get your WorkCover determination for a psychological injury?

I submitted a WorkCover claim about 2.5 weeks ago for a psychological injury sustained at work.
I've been assessed as medically unfit to work by 2 independent doctors.

The employer terminated me just a few days ago, and now I have no income. I'm not eligible for Centrelink. I want to work an alternative job just to pay the basic bills but both the doctor and lawyer advised against this.

Workplace psychological injury - any benefit of putting in a WorkSafe notification?

I've submitted a workers comp claim for a psychological injury sustained from the workplace due to unsafe practices that were forced upon me, despite my requests for clarification on how they align with my contract and scope of practice. I was met with deaf ears and a disciplinary meeting shortly after I raised the concerns, followed by adverse action, for which I'm pursuing a GP claim to address this legal matter directly.

In terms of the systemic issues, is there any point in me notifying WorkSafe about my concerns? My understanding is that they can inspect, interview, ask for documentation, and make recommendations, but there is no requirement for the company to take them on. The purpose of a notification would be to identify any gaps in the company's practices and hopefully help future workers out, so they don't have to go through what I'm going through. I doubt it will be of any benefit for my specific case.
