How do I protect myself against selling Pokemon booster packs?

Just another typical Pokemon card seller here. I was recently scammed out of $762 selling a Pokemon 151 UPC box. It was my own fault though, I forgot to put a signature on the label. Even though there was proof in the tracking that the buyer picked up the parcel from the post office, I still lost the case because the buyer pretended he didn’t receive the item due to no signature.

I’m turning my attention to selling sealed booster packs. I’ve been reading a lot of horror stories on here that buyers will file a return after opening the sealed booster packs and eBay siding with the buyer every time.

Is there a way I can avoid this happening? I haven’t sold in awhile because my last sold item I got scammed so it’s really turned me off from it.

If I write in the description of my booster packs that I will under no circumstance accept returns that have been opened, will that save me? Or what do I do?

Buyer wants refund on delivered item, but is claiming he did not receive

So I’m in a predicament. I accidentally sent an item that was over $750 without a signature on it. The item was delivered to a community mail box. I even got confirmation from the local Canada Post supervisory team the item was delivered and the item is no longer in the community mailbox.

The buyer wants a refund, and is vehement on the item ‘had no signature’.

I know if he escalates the issue through eBay I’ll likely lose even though he probably has the item.

My question is, I’m gonna be out the approx $750 and have lost my item. Is there any way I can get refunded through eBay or anything for my ‘lost’ item, even though it was delivered to the address?

Item is delivered, buyer says they don’t have it. Am I being scammed?

I sold an item for $762. The tracking of the item shows it was delivered and the GPS tracker, via Canada Post, says it was scanned delivered right in front of his house.

But the buyer is citing he didn’t sign for it. To be honest, there was a signature on the item which now I realize eBay has a policy that items $750 and over require signature.

Am I screwed here, even though the item was delivered and the GPS shows it was delivered to his house? This is through Canada Post and sent to a Canadian address if that helps. I have a suspicion they may be scamming me, realizing there wasn’t a signature required on the item. So they might have the item but is claiming they don’t…
